JFK Engineering Pty Ltd – is an engineering business that has been in operations since September 1969 and provides services in heavy engineering, manufacturing and steel fabrication for the mining, petrochemical, commercial, cement and industrial arena. The business is located in the suburb of Maddington, 20kms south of Perth and has a covered workshop area of 5000m2 with state of the art machinery and equipment to perform difficult, complex and large engineering and manufacturing tasks. Aerospace Fabrication & Raindance Incendiary Systems – In May 2008, an associated company of the FMR Investment Group acquired partial interest in these two companies.
Located at the Jandakot airport precinct south of Perth, Aerospace Fabrication provide specialise fabrication and mechanical engineering services to the light aircraft industry. They can manufacture most mechanical components and parts to approved design and engineering standards including cabin doors, special cabinets to fit in the aircraft to small components that are no longer manufactured for the aircraft. Raindance Incendiary Systems is a manufacturer and distributor of aerial ignition products that are used to ignite prescribed fires. The technology is developed to assist with ecosystem health management of forests and to control/reduce fuel loads in plantations and forests so as to reduce the flammability of the forest lands and deliver assistance to fight bushfires. The patented products had been through much R&D to produce the suitable dispenser and capsules for ease of use in aerial ignition in small helicopters and light fixed wing aircrafts. Land Development Projects - FMR Investments have joined forces with Base Developments Pty Ltd to purchase and develop several landholdings in South Beach, South Fremantle in WA. The “beach shack” type development is progressing smoothly and includes 7 villa type units of high quality design and fit out.
